1. Adoption Agreement

By adopting a Teacup Maltipoo puppy from Cali Teacup Maltipoo Puppies, you agree to provide a loving, safe, and permanent home. All adoptions are subject to approval based on our application process.

2. Deposit and Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a puppy
• Deposit is applied toward the total purchase price
• Final payment is due before pickup or delivery
• We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer, or cash
• All sales are final once the puppy leaves our care

3. Health Guarantee

All puppies come with a 1-year genetic health guarantee. This covers hereditary and congenital defects that severely affect the puppy's quality of life. The guarantee does not cover:

• Injuries, accidents, or illnesses caused by neglect or improper care
• Parasites (treatable conditions)
• Hypoglycemia (preventable with proper feeding)
• Conditions resulting from failure to follow veterinary care recommendations

4. Veterinary Care Requirements

To maintain the health guarantee, you must:

• Take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving them
• Follow all recommended vaccination and deworming schedules
• Provide proper nutrition, exercise, and care
• Keep all veterinary records and receipts

5. Delivery and Pickup

• California families may pick up puppies in person at our location
• We offer professional delivery anywhere in the USA (additional fee applies)
• Delivery fees vary based on location and are discussed during adoption
• All puppies are delivered with health certificate and travel documentation

6. Return Policy

We want every adoption to be successful. If circumstances change and you can no longer care for your puppy:

• Contact us immediately - we will help find a solution
• We reserve the right of first refusal to take the puppy back
• Puppies may not be sold, transferred, or surrendered to shelters without our knowledge
• No refunds are provided for returned puppies

7. Breeding Rights

All puppies are sold as pets only with limited registration (if applicable). Breeding rights are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing with additional fees.

8. Size and Weight Estimates

While we provide estimated adult weights based on parent sizes and genetics, we cannot guarantee exact adult size. Teacup and toy breeds can vary, and final size depends on genetics, nutrition, and care.

9. Liability

Cali Teacup Maltipoo Puppies is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the puppy after it leaves our care. Owners are responsible for proper training, socialization, and supervision.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in California courts.
